Jessica Bollhoefer is an experienced and resourceful real estate and sustainability professional with over 15 years experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. This includes advising on a portfolio-wide workplace strategy implementation for the Natural Resources Defense Council, leading change management and training within the Facilities Department at Northwestern University, co-leading a sustainability consulting practice at JLL, and managing construction projects at Pepper Construction. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects including large-scale construction and renovation projects, landmark restorations, interior build-outs, energy retrofits and sustainability certifications.
